Cleanse your face & neck with your favorite Dr. TEMT
Cleanser, followed by Dr. Temt Anti Aging Advanced Toner.

1-2 times a week, apply a thick layer of the Dr. TEMT Anti Aging Advanced mask to the
face, neck, and decollete.
Remove after approx. 20 minutes with lukewarm water
and a soft cosmetic towel. Avoid the eye area.

Apply your favorite Dr. Temt Anti Aging Advanced moisturizer.

Once or twice a week: apply this cream mask in a
thin layer as the moisturizer and leave it on
overnight.
Home Mini Facial:
After double cleansing apply Dr. TEMT Advanced Anti Aging Ampoule* to the face and neck. Massage until absorbed, then apply a thick layer of the Dr.TEMT Anti Aging Advanced Mask. Leave on for approx. 20 minutes. Remove the remaining mask with lukewarm water and a soft washcloth. Apply your favorite Dr.Temt Anti Aging Advanced moisturizer.
